Unbelievable!

I still can’t believe it.  Destiny Blande killed two men right before our eyes.  We were all munching on popcorn and sipping our super-sized sodas, waiting to be entertained.  All of a sudden, there was Horace Krouch, naked and strangled.

Everyone in the theater was horrified.  Some were covering their kids’ eyes.  Others were screaming.  We didn’t know what to think.  We were all trying to figure out what was going on.

At first I thought the strangling was just part of the show, a tasteless trick for shock value.  But when we got back home we saw the news on television.  Krouch was really dead.

They keep showing the video of Krouch’s face.  Up close you can see Destiny Blande in the reflection of his glasses.  There’s no question it’s her.  She’s running toward the door. She killed both of those men.  Why is it taking the police so long to find her, and why isn’t there a warrant for her arrest?

We blew the last chance to convict Blande and give her the death penalty she deserves.  Looks like we’re going to get another chance to fry her.  Let’s not screw it up again.

Satin Strangler Jury Smokes Crack

The jury in the Satin Strangler case had to be smoking crack to make one of the worst courtroom decisions in history. In case you somehow missed it, I am going to spoil tonight’s “instant classic” Strangler Network coverage for you. NOT GUILTY???!!! That’s right. Not guilty. She killed more than 60 men, but New Jersey couldn’t even convict her.

My great grandparents remember the moment they heard that Pearl Harbor was attacked. My grandparents will never forget when JFK was shot. My parents were drunk in a bar in Manhattan watching a basketball game as O.J. Simpson’s white Bronco crawled down the highway in that slow-motion police “chase.”

Now we will always remember where we were when the Satin Strangler, Destiny Blande, was inexplicably acquitted. I was sitting on my living room couch in my “Take Hold of Destiny” t-shirt – the one with the satin stocking design around the collar. Just as I was about to pour milk on my Frosted Flakes lunch, “any day” became forever memorable.

I sense a blogging frenzy. Good thing I have spare time during my employment “sabbatical.” You’ll be hearing more from me soon, then again and again.

Hey. Does anyone know what the hell went wrong with that New Jersey jury?

Why Wait for a Trial?

How long must we wait to try and convict Destiny Blande? Each passing day only makes her victims’ families suffer, waiting for resolution.

According to Fox News last night, at least 44 murders are now attributed to the Satin Strangler. Men up and down the eastern seaboard have been victimized. And how do we react to this brutality? Well, of course, we host the killer comfortably in a country club prison on ocean front property.

The pathetic reality is that New Jersey repealed the death penalty in December, 2007, so why are we wasting time there anyway. We’re letting a serial murderer sit around in a state prison system where the annual cost per prisoner runs $40,000 per year. Several states are lined up to try this animal for her heinous crimes, but New Jersey’s incompetence is blocking the way. Let Virginia and Georgia get their chance at the Satin Strangler. They have the right idea on this one. Fry her and be done with it. Let’s save the taxpayers money.

Let’s get moving with the legal process, New Jersey. A murder conviction is inevitable, and already long overdue.
